Our Lettings Department is led by Janet Burns MNAEA, MARLA, who has 20 years experience in Residential Letting & Management in the Reading market. We provide expert advice in all aspects of residential lettings including current market values, furnishing options, relevant legislation, safety regulations and inventory reports. We have close relations with many relocation agencies, companies requiring accommodation for their staff, and families moving into the area with their workplace. Thorough checks on all potential tenants, including CCJ & Bankruptcy searches, are carried out to assess their suitability for a tenancy. We believe that having both letting and sales departments under one roof gives us a great advantage over the competition and provides many clients with greater flexibility.
