How to Offer
If a property is right for you at a certain price, let us know. We will be delighted to take the offer you wish to make and present it to its best possible advantage. Whilst you are most welcome to put a verbal offer forward in the first instance, we will need it in writing too. Just email us with the following information:
- The offer
- Details of your situation – are you a first time buyer, an investment buyer or do you have a property to sell, are you under offer or living in rented accommodation
- Timescale – is there a particular time frame to your move or are you flexible
- Finances –how you are intending to finance your purchase – are you buying with a mortgage, cash plus mortgage or just cash? We will need to confirm this information before any offer will be accepted
Once we have received this information, we will be in a position to put your offer forward in the best light possible. We will of course keep in close contact with all developments.
Offer Success – But What Happens Next?
After your offer has been accepted, the next step is to instruct a solicitor to carry out the conveyancing on the property. We are happy to recommend some local solicitors, please contact us for their details. We will then regularly liaise with both you and your solicitor to make sure the purchase proceeds as smoothly and as quickly as possible, and we are always on hand to help in any way we can.
