The Right to Object gives you the right to withdraw your consent at ANY time.
This gives any individual the right to request the deletion or removal of personal data if they do not wish to allow its continued use and “where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing”. However, this may also mean as we have no record of your request, that we may end up sending you information if your details are fed into our systems again.
As an organisation, we can keep your data “in the performance of a task in the public interest”, and can refuse to remove you from our records if there is a regulatory reason to keep them such as managing accounts for example.

We record all phone calls, both landline, and mobile. These are stored on our system and kept for accuracy and security. A copy of your call is available on request, we may redact comments made where sensitive information that affects a third party of may be subject to an NDA is discussed.
