A special mention of Paula Abbott who looked after the critical period after an offer had been made and accepted. She was always accessible, rang back promptly when I left a message, provided really practical advice and was always willing to work positively between me and the buyers when I felt things weren't going quite as I expected and reassure me with a sensible rationale for events - no unhelpful sugar coating of the facts! Earlier this year Walmsley both sold our house and the house we bought. We had an incredibly good experience with them in both instances.
