On the move-in date, I didn't have to worry about the agent's whereabouts because she was right on time. (Trust me I have rented an apartment, where I had to wait for the agent for more than 1 hour). I am still amazed at their level of documentation (even the door wedges were documented 😁😁).

Their level of communication when we moved in was top-notch. Whenever there is an issue, they are ready to step in and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

The entire process is transparent at every step, and the agents respond promptly to all questions, always providing clear guidance on the best course of action. When needed, they were happy to make adjustments to the tenancy agreement.

I asked to visit the property a few times after my offer had been accepted, and usually the staff are very busy, but I was always accommodated with my requests.
