I have been living in Martindale Court for several years. The living condition has been a lot improved since 2015 as there was a major refurbishement for all... the ktichens in the building. There are two lovely cleaning ladies coming everyday to clean the public area; most of the tenants are very considerate to keeping both the kitchen and the bathroom as clean and tidy as possible. There are also regular security partol and security check of differnt kinds in the buildling, so I always feel safe and comfortable here. It really feels like a home for me in the UK! Rebecca and Ylenia are lovely people, they help me and many other international students to find a room and quickly settle in, so we don't need to worry much about accomodation, which is a huge relief for international students like us. These two lovely ladies are also always willing to help with no matter what issues or problems the tenants might have.
