An excellent and professional agency. Everything was organised and understandable. The entire process is transparent at every step, and the agents respond promptly to all questions, always providing clear guidance on the best course of action. When needed, they were happy to make adjustments to the tenancy agreement.
During the move-in, Katie helped us check that everything in the property was in order. We spent over three hours on the inventory, and throughout the whole time, we had full support from both Katie and Bethany.

Can only say good things about all the staff at Walmsley. I was made to feel that no question was a stupid one. I asked to visit the property a few times after my offer had been accepted, and usually the staff are very busy, but I was always accommodated with my requests. I was always kept up to date with how things were progressing, not once did I have to chase to find things out. So from me, heartfelt thanks go to Emmaura, Louisa, Paula and Oliver who have helped make this sale a stress free one. Would definitely recommend Walmsley to anyone.
